1. Progress and preferences

The game keeps your progress, resources, upgrades, language, preferences, appearance selection and reward records on the device. This data makes it possible to continue the game, calculate offline production and avoid repeating a reward. There is a local recovery copy of your progress.

The game has no account registration of its own and no synchronization server of its own. When enabled in this version of the app, Google Play Games lets you sign in with your player profile and upload or retrieve a copy of your progress using the menu buttons. Google processes the authentication, the player identifier and the copy of the game to provide this service. The game does not receive your Google password. The copy includes resources, upgrades, achievements and play time; it does not include purchase receipts or ad receipts. Retrieval asks for confirmation before replacing local progress. Saving on the device continues to work without this connection.

Play Games may process diagnostic and usage data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. Operating system backup services may also process app data according to the device settings.

2. Optional ads and privacy choices

The game integrates Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded ads. You can keep playing without watching them. Consent to advertising and the decision to watch a video are separate choices.

When used, the ads SDK may collect and share the IP address, device and advertising identifiers, interactions with the app/ads and diagnostic information. This data is used for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention; the IP address may indicate an approximate location. Processing depends on privacy choices, region and the applicable settings. See the Google Mobile Ads SDK data description and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents the applicable choices and keeps the state of those choices. When available for your region, use “Ad privacy options” in the game menu to manage them. Advertising identifier options can also be managed in the Android settings. Declining personalization is not the same as the absence of all data processing; the SDK determines which ads are allowed according to the applicable choices.

3. Age group

To control access to ads, the game asks for an age group: under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 or older. The group is saved locally; we do not ask for a date of birth. In the current flow, only the adult group can start the UMP and request ads. The choice applies to the device and cannot be changed from the menu; clearing the app data in Android settings resets it. Purchases by minors also follow Google Play account and family controls.

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play. The game receives product information, purchase state, receipt, signature and token to verify the purchase, unlock benefits and restore purchases. Verified receipts are stored on the device. The app does not receive your full card details or your Google password. Restoring uses the Google account that made the purchase.

5. Sharing and support

Google Play, Google Play Games and Google AdMob/UMP process data to provide the services described above. No other advertising or analytics SDKs are integrated in this version. Information processed by Google may be handled in countries other than your own, in accordance with Google's own policy and protection mechanisms.

If you contact us by email, Jonathan Costa will receive your address and the information you choose to send, in order to respond to your request. Avoid sending passwords or payment information.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains for as long as it is needed to keep the game, preferences and benefits on the device. You can delete the app's data from the Android settings. This may remove local progress; permanent purchases can be restored through Google Play. Restarting your game from within the game does not delete the cloud copy. To delete data kept by Play Games, use the game data deletion options in your Play Games account. System backup copies must be managed in the options of the respective service.

Support messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and comply with applicable obligations. Retention and deletion of data kept by Google follow the rules and controls of that service; deleting the game save does not automatically delete Google's records.

7. Your requests and changes to this policy

For questions or to request access to, correction of or deletion of data under the responsibility of Jonathan Costa, write to jothank@gmail.com. Requests will be handled according to the rights applicable to your location. We have no remote access to a save stored only on your device.

This policy will be updated when the game's practices change. The date at the top of the page identifies the version of the text.
